西元2006-2008年

因應市場需求，開發自黏型產品。

研發熱封型產品搭配PC及PET帶。
西元2012-2013年

研發保護膜產品，雙面抗靜電及耐高溫產品。

開發熱封通用型上帶新產品，可適用於PS / PC / PET
西元2016年

完成ISO 9001:2015認證，並取得ISO證書。

塑料承載帶捲片材之改良專利。
西元2017-2019年

實用新型專利證書、蓋帶改良結構&封裝蓋帶結構(中國大陸)

長米數狹窄型封裝蓋帶捲收結構之專利。
西元2020-2023年

開發全壘打熱封型產品，搭配PC、PS料帶及PET帶。

致力於環境友善目標，逐步落實減排減碳之永續經營。

Company History：

Year 1977Jeni Metal Chemical Factory Co., Ltd. was established.
Year 2002-2004Transformed its business focus to SMT component packaging; developed cover tape for heat-sealing applications, paired with PS carrier tape.
Year 2006-2008

In response to market demand, developed self-adhesive cover tape products.
Conducted R&D on heat-sealing types compatible with PC and PET carrier tapes.

Year 2012-2013

Developed protective film products featuring double-sided anti-static and high-temperature-resistant properties.

Launched a universal heat-sealing cover tape suitable for PS / PC / PET carrier tapes.

Year 2016

Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification and obtained the official ISO certificate.

Awarded a patent for improvements in plastic carrier tape reel materials.

Year 2017-2019

Received utility model patents for improved cover tape structure and packaging cover tape structure (China).

Granted a patent for narrow-width, long-length cover tape winding structure.

Year 2020-2023

Developed the “Home Run” heat-sealing cover tape series, compatible with PC, PS, and PET carrier tapes.

Committed to environmental sustainability, actively implementing carbon-reduction and emission-control measures.

Year 2024
  1. Selected by the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Industrial Carbon Cycle Transformation Program; with assistance from ITRI, Jeni Metal Chemical Factory Co., Ltd. established a CO₂ capture pilot demonstration site.
  2. Developed recycled and regenerated material products to further reduce carbon emissions.
Year 2025Jeni Metal Chemical Factory Co., Ltd. obtained GRS Version 4.0 Certification (TE-00128796) for its environmentally friendly cover tape products.
